THIS VILLA BELONGS TO THE COMMUNITY

Why Cape Vincent is not just the setting, but the soul of this story.

A PERSONAL COMMITMENT

From the moment we set foot on Carleton Island, we understood that this project is not about a private estate. It is about honoring a place that belongs, historically, culturally, and emotionally to Cape Vincent and the  St. Lawrence River community. This town is not a backdrop. It is the reason this project matters.

WHY CAPE VINCENT MATTERS

Cape Vincent stands at a crossroads of American history, commerce, craftsmanship, maritime culture, and the great architectural era of the Thousand Islands.

Carleton Villa was built as one of the first landmarks of that era. Its revival restores not only a structure, but a chapter of the town’s history that was nearly lost.

When a historic place is saved, the community is strengthened.

Play With Purpose

Pickeball in Cape Vincent.jpg

Join us in Cape Vincent for community pickleball at the town courts, where great games and great people come together. Whether you're experienced or just getting started, if you enjoy the sport, you’re welcome on the court.

We’re passionate about pickleball, but it’s bigger than the game. Our group also supports the restoration of Carleton Villa, helping give history a new life for future generations.

Come for the sport. Stay for the community.

French Fest 2025

In 2025, we participated in the French Festival in downtown Cape Vincent while celebrating 130 years of Carleton Villa. At our booth, visitors learned about the villa’s history, restoration, and future vision, shared memories, and showed support through donations.

Carleton Villa also proudly sponsored the Saturday night fireworks, marking this milestone alongside the community and local businesses.

In 2025, we celebrated 130 years of Carleton Villa at the NNY Riverside Music & Arts Festival on the Cape Vincent Village Green. Festivalgoers enjoyed a full day of live regional music along the St. Lawrence River while stopping by the Carleton Villa booth to learn about the villa’s history, restoration efforts, and future vision.
